The cottage is situated within the grounds of the owner’s property which offers bed and breakfast accommodation. The property is situated 3kms from the village of Saint Chinian, although there is a restaurant within a five minute walk. Communal facilities include a full sized swimming pool (approx 18m by 6m) river beach, ping pong table, bikes, sauna (small extra charge applies) and poolside dining area.
The modern accommodation is situated to the side of the main house within the 4500sq m of garden it is very private and secluded. It is particularly light spacious and airy with attention paid to your comfort and relaxation. There are two bedrooms one with a king sized bed(160cm) and en suite shower room and the other with twin beds. The large living room has reversible air conditioning and opens via sliding French windows to the fully paved terrace for dining. The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, electric hob and oven, microwave and fridge with freezer. Dining and seating for four. Fireplace for extra low season comfort.Satellite TV with mainly French channels, DVD and Hi Fi.
There is a second shower room and two separate WCs and utility room with washing machine. The charming garden area is planted with mediterranean plants and has direct river access with a beach for bathing. There is a BBQ for your use and garden furniture for dining and sunbathing. Sorry not suitable for children under 12 due to the close proximity of the river.
Electricity will be charged by meter reading.
