About the property:

A well presented and equipped house, furnished to provide comfortable family accommodation. The principal accommodation is on the ground floor, with a spacious light and airy open plan living area. There are two sofas and seating for up to eight with large French windows opening onto the terrace, a TV with french channels is provided for your use along with a DVD player. The dining area has seating for eight and opens to the fully fitted modern kitchen equipped with an eye level oven, gas hob, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker. Off the living area is a conservatory with a second dining area, there are views to the gardens and gives access to the BBQ area.

Stairs from the living area lead to the mezzanine which has a sofa bed (double bed) and can be used as a second living area or office. It has French windows to a terrace with spectacular views. The terrace has been enclosed with a glass barrier since the photos were taken.There is a shower room with basin and WC off this room.

Returning to the ground floor a corridor leads to the remaining bedrooms, a masterbedroom with a king sized bed and air conditioning. A twin bedroom which has toys and games for young children. There is a family bathroom with large bath and shower over and a sink, vanity unit. There is also a separate WC. Also off the corridor is a utility room with washing machine, tumble drier and fridge with freezer. The utility room gives access to the guest bedroom with a double bedroom with large french windows and views over the garden.

The pool is fully tiles and is secured with transparent closure and locked gates. There are roman steps into the pool, it measures 10 x 6m with a depth of 1.5m.

There is plenty of garden furniture including sun loungers chairs and tables for dining. Parking is secure and there is space for several cars. Although most of the living area is on the ground floor there are steps up to the front door and steps down to the terraces from the interior.
There is a 4G dongle for occasional internet access.
