One of three cottages with a private garden and large shared pool. Set amidst vineyards with far reaching views to the mountains.The owner and family live in adjacent property and are available for help or advice.

About the property:

Two bed roomed ground floor property which has been thoughtfully furnished and equipped to provide comfortable holiday accommodation in a peaceful setting. The decor reflects the local culture and colours. The open plan living area has comfortable seating with sofa a chairs for four, there is a flat screen TV which receives French channels along with a DVD player and music system.The dining area has table and chairs for four. The kitchen is equipped with a gas hob, electric oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, kettle and toaster. The bathroom features a purpose built shower with jet massage and twin sinks. There is a separate WC. One of the bedrooms has a queen sized double bed (160 cm) and the other twin beds, both have views of the surrounding woodland. To the front of the house is a covered terrace with garden chairs, table, hammock and BBQ. The garden area is fenced and private and has many mature trees which provide welcome shade from the midday sun. There is a free WiFi connection and air conditioning. Electricity is included as well as a weekly linen change.
The pool is shared with the two other cottages it is set away from the accommodation and is fenced and gated for your childrens safety. The pool has a shallow end and is approx 12m x 8m with a maximum depth of 2m. The surround is decked and there are covered areas for each family with deck chairs. A private parking space is allocated to each cottage. The village of St Jean de Fos is a 15 minute walk through the vines. Cot, high chair and push chair available on request. A cleaning charge of 50€ is payable in high season.
