About the property:

houghtfully furnished and equipped to provide comfortable holiday accommodation in a peaceful setting. The decor reflects the local culture and colours. The open plan living area has comfortable seating with sofa a chairs for four, there is a flat screen TV which receives French channels along with a DVD player and music system. A contemporary wood burning stove is available for the cooler months.The dining area has table and chairs for four. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, electric oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, kettle and toaster. The bathroom is full tiled and features a purpose built shower and twin sinks. There is a separate WC. One of the bedrooms has a queen sized double bed (160 cm) and the other twin beds, both have views of the surrounding woodland. To the front of the house is a covered terrace with garden chairs, table, hammock and BBQ. The garden area is fenced and private and has far reaching views across the vines to the hills beyond. There is a free WiFi connection and air conditioning. Electricity and wood for heating is included as well as a weekly linen change.
The pool is shared with the two other cottages it is set away from the accommodation and is fenced and gated for your childrens safety. A private parking space is allocated to each cottage. The village of St Jean de Fos is a 15 minute walk through the vines. Cot, high chair and push chair available on request. A cleaning charge of 50€ is payable in high season.
