About the property:

One of two well presented light and airy apartments attached to the owners property situated in a peaceful hamlet close to the village of Montpeyroux.

The living room has comfortable easy chairs and a sofa bed for additional guests. There is a TV with the full range of free to view French channels. A music centre which takes CDs is available for your use along with a selection of English books. French windows open onto the private paved terrace.

The bedroom with a king sized double bed, is light and airy with a cathedral ceiling, there is wardrobe with hanging space and shelves. The bedroom opens onto the front garden with magnificent views across the vineyards to the hills beyond.The shower room has a purpose built shower, WC and wash hand basin.

The newly fitted kitchen is well equipped including, electric cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. There is a laundry room with washing machine shared with the second apartment. The English speaking owner is on hand to offer advice about visiting the region but makes little use of the pool. The full sized pool (5m x 10m) has a fully paved surround. The garden is extensive and planted with colourful Mediterranean plants. Your private terraced area off the living room has garden furniture and barbecue for dining al fresco and providing shade from the heat of the midday sun.

Poolside deck chairs and parasol available. Secure parking available within the grounds.. WiFi Internet available. Rental rates are inclusive of Linen and electricity.

 
 

ABOUT THE VILLAGE:

Montpeyroux

Montpeyroux is a lively village where visitors are encouraged to join in the summer fetes, which take place during July and August. It is well served with shops including a bakery/patisserie, Butcher,grocers, tabaconist/newsagent, post office, cafe and restaurant/wine bar. The nearest supermarket is 10 minutes drive in Gignac. The village is renown for its wine and boasts several of the region's best producers. Swim at Mediterranean beaches 35 mins, Lac Salagou 10 mins, Herault river 10 mins. There is excellent walking and cycling from the front door and surrounding hills.
