About the property:

First floor independent apartment which can be let separately or together with Gite Cocailliare to accommodate up to ten.
The apartment is very spacious and has been restored to a very high standard retaining original features including exposed beams and stonework. There is a comfortable open plan living area opening onto a terrace. The living room has easy chairs and a sofa bed for additional guest. A wood burning stove ensures your comfort during the cooler low season and air conditioning for the summer months. The large flat screen Satellite TV has free to view mainly French channels but some English News channels. Broadband Wi-Fi is available for your use.
There is a small library of books and DVDs about the regions wine.

There are two spacious bedrooms with either king sized beds or twins. One with an ensuite shower room the other with en suite bathroom.

The galley kitchen is well equipped including gas cooker with ceramic hob and extractor, fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker, washing machine and tumble drier.

The dining area has seating for six.

The terrace overlooks the hills surrounding Montpeyroux and its castle ruins. The terrace is particularly spacious (20 sq ms) and has garden furniture, table and chairs for dining and BBQ.

During your visit you will be invited to visit the winery and taste its excellent wines.
Off street parking is available within the grounds of the domaine. Rates are inclusive of house linen and electricity. Bicycles are available on request
