About the property:

Spacious elegant house which has been restored to a good standard. The house has a magnificant beautifully maintained garden with lawns and mature trees extending to over 2000m2. Although situated within the village it is completely private and not overlooked. The kidney shaped pool is 13m x 7m and a maximum depth of 2.8m, it is fenced for your security. The Pool Pavilion houses a table tennis table as well as table and chairs for dining out of the midday heat. There is BBQ for your use and a summer kitchen area within the pavilion. Sun loungers and easy chairs are provided. The pool can be illuminated at night.

The owners have retained many original features of the house including original tiled floors, marble ornamental fireplaces and exposed beams. There are seven bedrooms each with it's own decorative style, there is a total of five bathrooms.

The ground floor at the entrance courtyard level has two spacious bedrooms, 20m2, both with twin beds one of the bedrooms has an ensuite shower room with WC.

On the first floor is the magnificant living room which opens onto the terrace and garden. There are two seating areas with comfortable sofas and easy chairs. Two steps down from the living room you will find the modern fitted kitchen. There is plenty of storage and worktop surfaces and a table with chairs for eight. It is equipped with an electric oven, ceremic hob, washing machine, fridge, freezer, microwave and dishwasher. The kitchen also opens onto a terrace for dining. There is an elegant dining room with table and seating for 12. On this floor you will also find the master bedroom suite with a king sized bed 160cms) a dressing room and a bathroom with bath and separate WC. There is also a single bedroom and second shower room with WC.

The Second floor is acessed by a wide stone staircase, onj this floor there are three further bedrooms one with twin beds, one with a standard double bed and the other with a king sized bed (160cm). There is also large walk in wardrobe, a shwer room with WC and a bathroom with WC. The TV room is also on this level with a large flatscreen TV with satellite reception including some UK channels both DVD and CD players are available for your use.

Two cots and high chairs can be provided. One adult and three childrens bikes available. Free broadband wifi internet access, telephone for incoming and local calls.

Garage and off street parking for up to three cars.

Cleaning included at the end of stay. Special rates apply outside the peak period for smaller parties.
