This small detached house is set away from the principal property and is surrounded by trees and garden. The open plan living area is spacious and light. There is a sofa bed for occasional guests and a comfortable chair. Dining table with chairs for four. The kitchen is equipped with a front loading washing machine, electric hob, fridge with freezer, microwave and dishwasher.

A television with free to view UK TV and French channels and DVD player are available for your use.

The double bedroom is on the mezzanine which is reached via an open tread wooden staircase. There is an ensuite shower room with WC.

The terrace is equipped with a BBQ, garden furniture for dining and sun loungers for sunbathing.

The swimming pool is shared with the retired english owners when they are in residence but you have free access. The pool is 12m x 5m with shallow steps for access. It is 1.5 m maximum in depth, the water is solar heated.

House linens are included but please bring your own pool towels.

The grounds of the property exceed 4.8 hectares and includes the spectacular hills behind the property. Parking space available next to house.
