About the property:

Independent apartment on second floor which can be let separately or together with Gite Aupilhac to accommodate up to ten.
The apartment is very spacious and has been restored to a very high standard retaining original features including exposed beams and stonework. There is a comfortable open plan living area with high ceiling opening into the eves. The living rooms has easy chairs and a sofa bed for additional guest. A wood burning stove ensures your comfort during the cooler low season and air conditioning for the summer months. The large flat screen Satellite TV has free to view mainly French channels but some English News channels. Free Broadband Wi-Fi is available for your use.
There is a small library of books and DVDs about the regions wine.

There are two spacious bedrooms with either king sized beds or twins. One with an ensuite shower room the other with en suite bathroom.

The galley kitchen is well equipped including gas cooker with ceramic hob and extractor, fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker, washing machine and tumble drier.

The terrace (13 sq ms) overlooks the hills surrounding Montpeyroux and its castle ruins.
During your visit you will be invited to visit the winery and taste its excellent wines.
Off street parking is available within the grounds of the domaine. Rates are inclusive of house linen and electricity. Bicycles available on request.
